Book an appointment
Online booking is open around the clock, including evenings and weekends. In English it is the simplest route, since reception speaks French. No referral is needed, and basic health insurance covers the consultation.
Online, at any hour
Each chiropractor keeps her own diary: you choose who first, then a slot. If you have no preference, take the earliest available.
By telephone
Reception answers during its own opening hours, which are shorter than the practice’s, and speaks French.
There is no voicemail and no call-back. Outside those hours, book online or call again later — do not wait to be called back.
Acute pain
If your pain is severe and recent, call rather than booking online. The practice tries to fit in a same-day appointment where possible. It is not always possible, but it is worth the call.
Before your first appointment
Insurance card, list of medication, any imaging, and five minutes early. Transport and parking: Getting here. Cost: Reimbursement and insurance.
In an emergency
The practice is not an emergency service. For major trauma, loss of strength, or speech or vision disturbance, call 144 or go to an emergency department.
