Practical information
The essentials for your visit: address and access, how to prepare for a first appointment, insurance cover, and how to reach us. The practice sees patients by appointment, without a referral, at Avenue de la Gare, a ten-minute walk from Lausanne station.
Getting here
Avenue de la Gare 17, 1003 Lausanne — 3rd floor, on the right as you leave the lift. Ten minutes on foot from the station, two minutes from the Mirabeau bus stop. Details: Getting here.
Language
Reception speaks French. In English, online booking is the simplest route and it is open around the clock. The chiropractors themselves speak several languages — which ones is stated on their pages.
Before a first appointment
Bring your insurance card, a list of your medication, and any imaging you have, and arrive five minutes early. A first appointment lasts forty minutes; follow-ups run ten to twenty. There is no form to fill in beforehand.
Children
The practice sees children from the age of five. It does not treat infants.
Insurance
Chiropractic is covered by basic health insurance, without a referral, and is normally billed directly to your insurer: Reimbursement and insurance.
Reaching us
By telephone during reception hours, or by e-mail, answered within forty-eight hours: Contact.
