Privacy

This site collects almost nothing: no form, no newsletter, no audience measurement, no advertising, no commercial trackers. Only two technical items are stored in your browser, both described below. Your patient data belongs to your medical record, not to this website.

Who is responsible

Marie Soulié, Avenue de la Gare 17, 1003 Lausanne. Processing is governed by the Federal Act on Data Protection, in force since 1 September 2023.

What this site does not do

  • no contact form;
  • no newsletter, no marketing mail;
  • no audience measurement, no analytics tools;
  • no advertising, no advertising trackers;
  • no social media buttons.

What is stored in your browser

  • a language cookie, set by the site’s multilingual module, which remembers the language you chose;
  • a session store, which remembers that you closed the information banner on the home page. It disappears when you close your browser.

Neither identifies you, follows you from site to site, or is passed to anyone. You can delete both at any time in your browser settings.

Server logs

Like any website, this one runs on a server that logs incoming requests — IP address, date, page requested, browser. These logs serve security and technical operation and are not used for anything else. Hosting is in Switzerland.

Online booking

Booking takes place on an external platform with its own privacy policy, which applies to you as soon as you enter your data there. The practice does not receive that information through this website.

If you write to us

An e-mail contains what you put in it: your address, your name, and whatever you choose to tell us. It will be kept.

Your medical record

Data gathered during a consultation forms a medical record. It is subject to professional secrecy and to statutory retention obligations, and has nothing to do with this website. For any question about it, contact the practice directly.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to processing. Write to the practice: Contact. If an answer does not satisfy you, you may approach the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
